Will HD6850 work on my H67MA-UD2H-B3? i5 2500k 4GB ram 700W PSU?

The motherboard has a PCI-E x16 slot so you CAN install yes.
There are 2 PCIe x16 slots on this motherboard. This means it is perfectly capable of accommodating the latest graphics cards, although it is important to try and use a graphics card with the same graphics card interface of PCIe v2.x, as anything below will not reach the motherboard's potential, and anything above will have its performance slashed to the bandwidth maximum of the Gigabyte GA-H67MA-UD2H-B3's PCIe v2.x.

Directly from the Gigabyte Site. So yes you can run your graphics card in it and it will be fine.
Also the card you posted about SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850 Will indeed run on the motherboard you have as its Interface is a PCI Express 2.1 x16.
