MSI R9 270x or Sapphire R9 270x 4gb?

The 4gb 270x is pointless. The gpu is not powerfull enough to utilize all that vram by itself. You'd need to be running crossfire and at that point you'd still be better off with a single 4gb 290x. For how much a 4gb 270x costs you can usually get a faster 280x. You will also need a psu upgrade. For a 270x you'll want a good quality 500w psu, for a 280x 550w.
so you mean the 4gb 270x isn't going to use full 4gb while running game's like AC unity or Witcher 3? Well I'm a little tight on budget...270x seemed cheap based on the vram, are you saying 270x 2gb will give the same support as 270x 4gb? I not adding 2 Vram its one R9 270x 4GB DDR5 on its own...

You will have to go for a new Psu any which way so get a CX600M if you're on a tight budget..
also, instead of the 270 get a 280 and you're good to go for some lomg time
or you could juat get the psu now, save up more and get a 290 say 1-2 months down the line
