Need a new gaming keyboard and mouse

Do any of you have suggestions for a new gaming keyboard and mouse? I'd like to go as inexpensive as possible (obviously). I play first person shooters so response time or input lag or whatever is really important to me.

I'd prefer to be under 100 for both combined. The less the better, though (obviously).

I don't really know the market. So nvm if that's really high.

I'd like a heavier mouse, if that's possible. That keyboards seems kind of expensive for a non-mechanical though.
