Hi guys,
I have built a new computer, placed fresh Windows 8.1 on it and have since used the computer to play games. The computer hasn't blue screened during games, though in normal computer processes has crashed multiple times stating IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I have also tried re-installing multiple times, also tried updating the Gfx drivers to different versions.

My parts are: Windows 8.1
I5 4690k
G1 Gaming GTX 970
16GB TridentX 2400Mhz RAM
ASUS Z97-A
EVGA G2 850w
Samsung 850 Pro SSD 128GB
WD Black 1TB
Dlink Wireless Card

Below are crash reports:

I have run Memtest86 on the RAM, after about 12 hours it passed everything with no errors. Please help, I have tried all that I can think of atm.

Thanks,
Brendon

Just now an additional BSoD that stated specifically DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x000000040000002d, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80083ad4074). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 031515-4328-01.

Solution
looked at all of the bugcheck, all were caused by the netr6164.sys wirless driver from 2010, you need to download a update and remove the old driver from your system.

first bugcheck looks like your usb wireless ethernet driver
Ralink RT2561 RT2661 series Wireless LAN Card (you may have a different manufacturer)

I am not sure there is a driver update for this older device, but look here:
http://www.mediatek.com/en/downloads/
you might be able to turn off the nvidia streaming software and reduce the number of times you bugcheck with this older driver. Better to find a driver update or get a new device.

you are running netlimiter old network drivers tend to...

Further information of the event logs for these are uploaded. There was a crash at 12:50, 12:53, 12:56 with some warnings, critical, or error events at the time provided:

If you prefer I can attempt to upload these in what ever format desired, as I currently do not understand the upload conventions. Thanks guys.

Hey Johnbl,
I have uploaded the many dump files, there were increased frequency of crashes recently.
http://we.tl/ZUMkerJ6ZL

On my other hard drive I have installed 8.1 and have yet to have a crash. The SSD that is crashing with IRQL is new and wasnt crashing when I had the first few installs. Not sure if something happened to the SSD or if its just a driver ive installed that I havent on this drive yet.
