AMD FX-8350.

So, I decided to throw my water cooling system out, as it decided to die on me, so instead I got myself some random cheap CPU cooler, which works perfectly fine, but for some reason the CPU tops 70-80°C. Either while gaming, or rendering my videos.

Increasing the fan speed up to 100% seems to make the CPU run a little cooler, but not much.

I have tried re-reseating the CPU cooler.
I have changed the termal paste a couple of times. Did make a difference at first, but the night afterwards, it got back to the temps.
I have tried blowing every single piece of dust off, saw no difference at all, performance/Temp wise.
Opening my window seems to -5°C the temps, so around 60-65.

This makes no sense either, as I have like 5-6 fans inside this PC, and it still runs this hot.

Any ideas? As I really don't want this CPU to die on me.

Solution
The solution is rather easy; you need to buy a cooler powerful enough to cool that CPU properly. A Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO will be fine if the ambient temperature is normal.

Admirable
Cheaper solution than 212 EVO is Raijintek Aidos that performs same as 212 EVO or a bit better Raijintek Themis. Both of them are rly cheap and does phenomenal job in cooling for the price.Your current cheap cooler cant handle heat that CPU is producing,if you still have stock cooler better use that then this one you have now.

If you got yourself a cooler like one of those ones for under $15 you would get better temps with the one that comes with the processor. It has a nice big copper base, and decent heat pipes. As long as you don't mind the noise the stock is fine.
