I'm building my first custom build and I don t know if all these components are compatible.

I have just realised that the motherboard I chose has no USB 3 headers.
Would the MSI A78M-E35 be a good motherboard to get?

It will be ok, also change get 2x4gb of ram for dual channel memory. Might want to go with a more higher quality power supply even thought the EVGA's PSU are good budget ones. Try out the http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1450sx2b9 .
