Hi guys... I'm new to the forum, I'm planning to build a new PC that will be use for gaming games like the COD:AW, watchdogs, GTA V, and also Flight simulator X,

I know that the flight simulator X is good with Intel CPU and Nvidia graphic card.

My planned build is:
i5-4690k
Hyper X 8GB
GTX960
Z97 gaming 3
1TB HDD
500W PSU

Planning not to overclock the first few months or maybe up to a year because no descent coolers

Will this build keep up with games for about next 4 years?
If no, if I get i7-4790k, will it helps? My aims is to get at least it last 4 years any suggestions for the build? On a tight budget...

I'm from Brunei so.. No Amazon, newegg and etc..

Thanks...

I think it will do well with the games you play, but not perfect as it may struggle on high settings on GTA as this is a big game. If your not worried about the high resolution and graphics keep with what you have got as it will be decent enough. But if your a person who wants the graphics and frames per second (fps) I would upgrade your graphics card to a GTX 970 4gb, this doesn't cost that much more. The power supply will still work with a gtx 970 as well. Keep with the i5 at the moment, I use it and its still fast. Hope this helped.

that's a good gaming rig, should be set for a few years.... if you really wanted you could keep it for more than a few years but at that point the settings will have to be lowered... I play watch dogs on a gtx 960, fx-6300 and 8 gigs ddr3 on high settings, high textures 1680x1050 30-40 frames on average(dips a little below and above sometimes)...

Will the GTX960 works with COD:AW, GTA V, on mid settings? I mean, playable in Mid setting?

if it can run watch dogs on high(bad pc port!!!) it can pretty much run anything on high... gta v should be fine on high or maybe even ultra if its a good port... cod should be fine high-ultra settings... mid settings is like gtx 750 ti a 960 is better than medium settings...

No I was just thinking if you want to play games on ultra or even play on resolution scale 200% or higher resolution upgrade. If your not worried stay with the gtx 960. Its plays games well on high settings. Personally i would go for GTX 960 as the GTX 970 is only better by about 20%.

Oh by the way when I was talking about medium settings earlier I was thinking of 760 not 960 sorry about that my mistake. Definitely go with GTX 960 Watchdogs high settings = 50fps GTA 5 high settings = 45fps COD AW high settings = 75fps. You should be fine on high settings. Information found from youtube and graphs. Hope this helped. Keep with your system, its great and wont need to be improved yet. GTX 960 is perfect option for high fps games on high settings. Hope you get on well with it if you get it :)
