I am building my first computer and I need help installing windows 8.1. I will not have any optical drives because I am doing a mini it'd build. I know about the ISO and stuff but I don't know how to get it and I don't know how to install windows period. Do I need to pay for the ISO? How do I get it? Where will I get windows 8.1 after I get the ISO? How do I put it on a usb drive? Please help.

You need to buy Windows. From Microsoft, Amazon, Newegg, etc.
