So last night i was playing skyrim and i noticed that i was getting about 1/3 the amount of fps that i normally get. so i started up gpu-z and it said that my core speed was only 324 MHz and the memory speed was 405 MHz and the temperature was very low at about 34 degrees Celsius.
my system specks:
cpu: amd fx 4130 black edition @ 4.4 GHz
mobo: asrock 980DE3/U3S3
gpu: msi gtx 660
ram: corsair ballistic sport 16 gb
psu: ocz Z series 750 watt
os: windows 8.1
p.s. i was running about 90 mods on skyrim when it happend
