Alright here's the situation. My friend recently got a new computer. I decided to give him a graphics card from my old build. The card worked last time I used it; so I assumed it would work on his computer. But when we put the card in; it says "No signal" on his HDTV.

We tried going into the BIOS and setting the video settings to "PEG"; but that didn't work. But without a graphics card; it will run fine.

This is strange; since the graphics card fan is spinning and it is clearly working.

Is this just a bad card or what? It worked on my old build.

No he only has the Intel HD Graphics Driver on his PC. Should we try installing the GPU drivers first and then install the card?

By the way; this card is a AMD Radeon HD 7750.
