PS4 + better hard drive and games or better gaming PC?

Hey, I'm in quite a pickle here on what to get becasue I'm stuck between getting a better computer which would conain the following:
Fractal Design Arc mini r2
MSI A88XM Gaming mobo
AMD A10 7850K
Noctua NH-U12S + NF-F12 PPC 3000 PWM
HyperX FURY 8GB kit
EVGA GTX 750ti SC
SeaSonic S12G-650
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
And a few cheap games...
Round about £480~

Or

PS4 including:
Seagate 1TB SSHD
Destiny
Bloodborne
Dark Souls 2: Scholar of The First Sin.
£497.63

Well, go for the PC, it will most definitely give you better frames, expandability, and all the possible PC exclusives and extras you can do with a desktop rather than a console. And a better HDD on a PS4 will only give you faster load times, not faster games.
