PSU upgrade so i can get a better graphics card

I'm looking to upgrade my PSU to be able to run a gtx 960 graphics card what would be the best power supply choice for doing this currently I have a geforce gt 620 and my power supply can only provide a sustained 268w under load and 18A

i am looking for a efficient PSU that is reliable and is preferably $100 or under

Get a good quality psu from tier 1 or 2 of http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html#xtor=EPR-8886 eg Seasonic 520, XFX550 or Antec HCG. All under $100 eg http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550gts3x

evga 500b is tier 3.

You only need a 400W PSU. The one I posted is a better version but cheaper than the XFX you posted.

The XFX one and the antec are both great and tie with the EVGA.
