Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this post.
I have recently built a Desktop Computer and I am experiencing trouble with gaming on it. Whenever I play a game (usually happens with Payday 2 and Heroes and Generals but has in the past even happened on Minecraft!) my computer restarts itself 5-10 minutes into the game. My card is very much capable of producing the amount of power necessary to run all of the games that I play (Specs below). I have checked my temperatures and they are very cool at about 60 Celcius on both my GPU and CPU during max settings 1080 gaming of some of the best graphics games. I have given the CPU and the GPU plenty of successful Stress Tests as well, meaning that there were no errors/problems with the hardware. I have tested the ram as well with the program that comes with Windows 7 Pro
Here are my specs:
GPU: GTX 970 4GB GDDR5
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 @3.2GHz
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional
Memory: 8.00 GB RAM
PSU: Apevia 700 Watts
STANDARD COOLERS (temperature not the problem)

It might also be worth mentioning that I hook my PC up to a tv with an HDMI rather than a PC Cable (VGA). PLEASE HELP ME!!!

given your temps and the symptoms, it is very likely the issue is with either the PSU or a faulty RAM module, although the later tends to hit BSOD, so I'm leaning towards the PSU. This is why you never cheap out on a PSU unit. Looking at the following site, Apevia does not look to be a reliable PSU OEM, with a lot of their models on the lemon list and none of their models on the recommendation list:

Our own list also list Apevia as a bottom tier trash OEM:

My suggestion is to test with another PSU if you can. You can get a decent XFX or Seasonic 550w unit that will power your machine just fine.

How are your voltages (12, 5, 3.3)? You can use HWInfo or a similar program to measure the lowest and highest to see how well/poorly the PSU is supplying power. It wouldn't hurt to list your motherboard so everyone knows your full specs and what you're working with.

My motherboard is ASUS Sabertooth Z97 MARK 2. GPU voltage is 0.862 and CPU cores are around 0.6. I could not find the power supply power.

Yes!!! It had even felt like a PSU problem throughout. It feels as if though the components of the PC just give out and cannot go on anymore so they must shut down, which results in the computer restarting due to a lack of power. Thanks for reassuring me.
