How does this PC look for gaming and streaming?

This is my current pc I have, but I'm adding a few upgrades. How does it look for streaming? First of all, does everything look compatible? Also, I will be streaming CSGO for the most part. Currently, when I play CSGO, I get about 200+frames without streaming. But when I stream I drop to about 80 and get massive lag and bad performance making it unplayable. Will this current build that I will link below run CSGO at a steady 200+ frames while streaming and have smooth performance?

That is the link to the PC, yes, a few things are missing, I just put in teh important parts that you needed to see, I left the rest out. Thoughts on it?

Seems fine, I'd get a better GPU, most peoples rule of Thumb is get a GPU @ same price as CPU or Greater $GPU >= $CPU.
Also you have this post in two places, you shouldn't do that :p
What program are you using to screen capture when you stream? Some of them have a much greater impact then others.

I am using OBS. And I plan on eventually upgrading the GPU soon (6-7 months), but this is the max I can spend atm. Will I be okay without an amazing GPU for now? Oh, and erm, yeah, sorry about the multi post :p I know I shouldn't, but I was trying to get as many replies as I could >.> $400 something on a CPU and new motherboard is a lot, and I want as many people to give me info as possible :p Won't do it again tho :p

OBS, to my knowledge is pretty resource heavy, but the best choice of streaming software, no? Any help here? Ty for info.

Oh! Also, the cooler in the pcpartpicker link, we are not actually sure if it will fit, we have not put it in yet. If it can't fit in my PC, will my CPU be okay without it? Or will I have to get a new case?
