I currently have:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883113135

I would like a computer that is superior to this in every way and has Windows 7 OS as well as supports dual gfx cards. I understand I could get better deals building my own PC. If you can please direct me towards a brand or something that would be nice.

Price range is ideally <1000 but would be willing to go higher if it was the blaze.

Only thing I would do with that system is upgrade the power supply and video card, everything else is fine, you'll save $700 over buying a new system. The i7 860 CPU is fine in that computer for a while.

If the power supply is at least a 300 watt one you may be able to use the nVidia 750Ti without a power supply upgrade.

Is there a reason you want dual video cards or just because you heard about them?

my bad i dunno why i said dual gfx cards, i was really tired haha. I meant dual MONITORS because some cards don't have two ports. so really just a card upgrade is going to do it?

The source of my frustration was I am in a game and i get a screen that skips a little bit, like frame drops i think? my ISP is solid, but i thought that was processor not gfx card. in any event i might consider your advice, i'm just used to kinda upgrading a computer every couple of years and this PC is coming up on the 4 year mark. i want bigger, better.

I use that same exact CPU, it handles every game I tried on high settings including the latest Dragon Age, WOW, Skyrim, just with a better video card than yours.

A new video card will do you a lot of good, and will save you a lot of money over a new system.

Plus if you buy only a video card and still don't like how things run, just take that card and use it in the new system, no loss at all.

Look at the power supply, and post what the max wattage is and what is the 12v rail wattage is, should all be on a label on the power supply.

I am fairly certain my wattage is 400 or 450, but is 750ti really that much of an upgrade? If i'm going to upgrade the card I would like to make sure it runs games like CS:GO, H1Z1, other open world games on high settings smoothly.

The video card you have not is not that bad, it's ranked 168th in PassMark benchmak list, which is solidly in the lower gaming range. But the 750Ti scored more than double in the benchmark what the current card you have does, their scores are below. Even if your power supply does not have a PCIe plug, the video cards often come with adapters for the regular drive power plugs.

I really like the Gateway SFF options out there. You can get plenty of RAM and a decent processor for very little money, and throw in a low profile GPU and have a respectable gaming rig. Acer has some nice options too, but i see more value in Gateway.

I bought an SFF from Gateway a few years back, and pricing out the parts on newegg came out more expensive than what Gateway sold me. Else, i would have built it myself.

I've had it for years, and it's flawless. Running 24/7 as my torrent server as well as gaming and streaming media. Gateway SX2870. Exactly what parts there are so crappy?

"All of them"? Please. It's a budget computer, and performs damn well for the money. It's hardly a POS, and making assumptions about the hardware without actually knowing what it is? Hitchen's razor.
