All headsets on new PC produce slight buzzing sound

Right, so all the headsets I put into my new PC produce a small buzzing/static sound that is made worse by moving the mouse. I know it’s not the headset because I have tried multiple different ones, and they all work perfectly on other devices but produce the buzzing on this one. But even so, the specific model I want to use with this pc are my: TDK ST160 Headphones.

When say, watching a video, the buzzing isn’t that noticeable, but it’s still a constant annoyance. So far to fix it, I’ve tried:

Disabling all other sound devices under “Playback devices” “Playback section” – No change

Unplugging my keyboard and mouse, as they’re both razer and I heard on my search through forums that the interference from the device might be causing the buzzing (or something like that). So I unplugged them and used a regular mouse – No change

Plugging my headphones into the jack on the back of the PC rather than the front one – No change

Messing around with the properties of the headphones – No change

Uninstalling realtek audio drivers I had installed previously when trying to get my old razer headset to work on this PC (never got them to work AT ALL btw, even though they work fine on other devices) – This got my PC to recognize my headsets as headsets, rather than speakers, but otherwise there was no change.

I found a couple videos saying that this is caused by an electricity issue, and that plugging the PC’s power cable into the wall (or another power source) rather than a power strip it should fix the issue. – If anything this made the buzzing worse.

So that’s where I am, I’m begging to think it may be an issue with some connection inside the PC, or maybe just something really simple that I overlooked? Some motherboards have issues with noise coming into the sound card due to sheilding on the motherboard not being very good or maybe faulty. Try using a different jack, front vs back. If both have the isame issues, I would just get a add-on sound card, you can get a workable one for about $20.

Yeah, same issue from any jack. With a little further investigating, I found the the sound comes from the computer itself, and the headphones/speakers simply amplify it.

Thanks for the links, but the drivers didn't seem to change anything, sorry. And about my power supply, my friend put this PC together for me, and I can't find the box the power supply came in, so I'm not sure sorry. I'll have to ask him next time I talk to him
