I have a Toshiba Satellite M645-S4114 which had 4GB of RAM. After I installed the 8GB RAM my computer did not boot. I tried F6, F8, F9, F10, Memory diagnostic, etc It always freezes and I try rebooting again and again. Worst of all is when I put my old memory back in there, the power button turns on for like 5 seconds and then the computer shuts off.

Your issue is that when you put the old RAM in, the system also is not working. Either something got damaged while you were installing the RAM, or the system just happened to die at the same time due to conicidence.

Unplug the power, remove the battery, and hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, plug things in again and see what happens. If it still does not turn on with the old RAM, you may have a bad motherboard or possibly a power circuit issue.
