Is my mother board compatible with this video card?

Hi, i want to buy a new gtx960 video and i want to ask is my mobo Foxconn H61MXV/-LE/H67MXV compatible. I recently used hd6770 it is nice card but is is kind of old so yeah... If my mobo is not that great for gtx960, pls recommend me good mobo for the 960.
