My CPU is Haswell Refresh on an H81 Board

My I5-4460 is a Haswell Refresh CPU but I hear the H81 boards don't support Haswel refresh. I have an MSI-H81M-E33 board and works perfectly with my CPU, but is there something I'm missing? How come it works is what I do want to know? Is it being used to its full potential?

if u have the latest BIOS update it should work fine
