Will i be able to run this game high settings? 1080p
note that i have just preordered the game :b rally hyped

R9 280 3GB
8 GB 1333
1080p monitor

Your graphics card is capable for gaming at 1080p@60fps, however your CPU isn't a powerful one. You will still be able to play but the CPU will hold you back.

Absolutely not! The required CPU for playing this terribly optimized crap even on medium settings is an i7-4790k.
