Hi everyone, the title says it all, what PSU would you recommend on the 400-500'is W with a budget of 60-100$ and which puts silence as a priority as I'm building a relatively silent entry level gaming PC:

I have this one XFX TS SERIES 550W 80PLUS GOLD at 95€ and that one XFX XTR 550W MODULAR 80 PLUS GOLD at 109€ is it just the modular difference? is it worth the extra 15€?

Do you think this SEASONIC S12G 450W 80PLUS GOLD would be equally silent, and a better deal as it stands a bit cheaper for 82€
