Which of the following GTX 970 is better for a crazy gamer(like me) to buy ??

So i heard that the best gtx 970's are the Gigabyte and the msi...and im wondering..Which of the following should i get??

Plzz help mee...i need a card that will be not to loud (i dont care if its making some noise..but not too loud)...a card that its good at OC...good cooler..and soo on...Plzz when you answer explane to me why its better and soo on..ty

Those are all roughly the same, though less fans will be quieter.
It also depends what kind of monitors you have/want though. Like the Gigabyet Windforce will support 3 displayport monitors, the MSI Gaming 4G will only support 1 displayport monitor.
There's minor price differences between them based on their factory overclock, but it's pretty easy to just buy the cheaper one and then overclock it.
Brandwise MSI is better.

My MSI 750ti twin frozr is pretty whisper quiet, but my gigabyte windforce 770 is also pretty quiet, quieter than my water cooler's fan anyways.
