Need help for what is best for my gtx 760

I need help deciding what better, making a new pc or upgrading

I got my first gaming pc and after a year or two. games started to get more high specs.
So for Christmas I got an asus gtx 760. but my cpu and motherboard are bottlenecking my video card.

I am 14 so I got no job so I need a cheap suitable.I have around 300 Euro.
I don't know if I will make a new pc or upgrade it.

Cpu:AMD FX-4100
Mobo:M5A78L-MLX3
Gpu:Asus Gtx 760
Memory:1tb : I don't know the brand
Ram:8gb : I don't know the brand
Psu:650W : I don't know the brand
Case : Unknown

I can afford a amd fx 8350 and a ASUS M5A97 R2.0

I would like a person who knows a lot about pc's to help me. Thanks sorry if its long.

Don't go to another FX. Go with an i5.

Would it not be better to get the amd fx 8350 for the long run

And I would prefer the amd fx 8350 instead of the intel i5 as for youtube vids the amd fx preforms better in games

I don't mind about losing windows as my anty can give me windows 8.1 or free

Youtube vids are not a reliable source, for information. The i5 is superior to FX in gaming, and just about everything else. Only in very select few, highly threaded workloads, is the FX better. FX is 2+ yr old tech that is just getting further behind.

No always pointless. That particular board is only 4 phase power. It is only suitable for locked CPU, SLI, setups.
