No, you cannot. It would show up as your D drive, or something like that. It's not really a problem, though.

Only thing you could really do if you want to actually increase your main drive capacity is to get a new drive and clone your existing one to it using something like Clonezilla Live CD. Since you're already on an SSD it shouldn't be a problem. If it were me, I'd get a 2nd of your SSD, take a full backup/inventory, setup a RAID 0 or 1 w/ the nice Intel controller and enjoy the performance.
