i7 2700k overclock

i want to get ths mobo GA-Z77-DS3H for i7 2700k but i want to know if will i be able to push it to at least 4.5ghz with this mobo,,any suggestions??

the cpu cooler is not the issue here all i want to know is,, can this mobo allow me to overclock this cpu ,, coz i have heard its not a good overcklocing board,,of course for overclocking a aftermarket cooler is the way to go
