I want to upgrade my mother board

Solution
What are you hoping to gain? Motherboard upgrades rarely add much to performance, even if they allow a higher overclock. If you just want to upgrade to overclock for the sake of overclocking, then the Crosshair is probably good, since it's one of the best AM3+ overclocking motherboards. But otherwise, if you're trying to gain performance, I wouldn't really bother.

No problem :) Unfortunately, the AM3+ socket in your motherboard does limit you in performance upgrades for the CPU if you already have an octa-core. Your best bet then would be to save up more and go to an Intel CPU, or wait and see what AMD comes up with in 2016. Otherwise, though, there's not much upgrading we can do on the CPU front.
