I am currently with brighthouse for my internet provider and i planning on moving so was looking for some suggestions on internet providers i live in florida.

Not too many options available to most people.
You said you are moving so the key is to what city or Zipcode?

Example:
My choices for an ISP
Any Dialup = 56 Kbps (Max Speed)
Century Link DSL = 1000 Kbps (Max Speed)
Comcast = 50,000 Kbps (Capable of speeds beyond 50 Mbps)

Comcast is my ONLY broadband option available. The others aren't even fast enough to meet my needs (and the needs for most people)

Bottom Line: You might find that cable providers are the only source for real broadband in your new neighborhood. (Limiting your options to 1)
It's what I like to refer to as a local monopoly.

However, your state may have different laws or more competition available.
