At 2X MSAA and 1080p resolution max you can get is ~49 fps, what resolution your playing at?

never played that Battlefield version but maybe it´s just bad optimized, maybe your best solution it´s to make the game locked to 30 fps .. that way you will play at only 30fps withpout drops ...
