I have no plan to overclock. Just playing video games without altering the system cpu/gpu speed. (via Overclock)
That was caused the board mostly die out..

If you got any suggestion on cooling or other less pricey you can tell me thanks.

I'd personally go for the second one. Despite it being 4 cores. The additional graphical power will give you superior performance.
