Solution
Just put these together both intel processor builds, didnt suggest amd because the fm2+ socket is getting old and most games rely on single core performance anyway so an i3 is better in most aspects.

http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/K6K6jX $697
http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/K6K6jX $699

Would recommend spending a little bit more for an 80+ bronze psu at least and the motherboard is optional! would recommend h97 chipset over b85 because it has more features, but if you're only gaming a b85 is fine I suppose

That's not much of a budget. See http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1411&vk_sort=1 - they start at $800.

Try -

CPU: AMD A10-7850K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor ($199.00 @ CPL Online)
Motherboard: Asus A88X-PRO ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($130.98 @ Mwave Australia)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($57.00 @ CPL Online)
Storage: Toshiba 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($57.00 @ IJK)
Case: Cooler Master N300 ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.00 @ CPL Online)
Power Supply: Corsair VS 350W ATX Power Supply ($49.00 @ CPL Online)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NSC0 DVD/CD Writer ($20.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($125.00 @ Mwave Australia)
Total: $686.98

Its crappy, but its cheap.
