best processor between i3 4150 and fx 6300

i am confused between i3 4150 and fx 6300 which one to buy?.I have sapphire hd 7770 and corsair 500 watt smps and i want to play games like bf4 ,COD-advanced warfare,far cry 4 etc.I dont want to upgrade in the future after buying any of these processor. If u have any other suggestion u can tell and also please tell its compatible motherboards.currently i have pentium 4. 2gb ram,and msi g41 p26 mobo.I have a budget of rs20000(including processor,ram,motherboard and cabinet)

cpu boss is complete shit.

@OP: If you do not wish to upgrade further, then get the 6300 along with a good aftermarket cpu cooler and proper motherboard and quality power supply to overclock it with.

Otherwise save more money.
