Can i recommend a Cooler master Thunder 450W psu for a GTX 750/GTX 750 Ti for gaming , because they are low power consuming GPUs (55W/60W respectively)

See the Specs of the PSU here-

Solution

The vp450 is a much better choice. I would need to know the rest of the system specs to know if there will be a bottleneck.
I'd highly recommend the Antec VP-450 as long as the card you use doesn't require anything more than a single 6 pin PCI connector, which is all it has. Any card that requires two 6 pin or an 8 pin can't be used with it unless you connect via Molex adapter, which I never recommend.

No, i mean will Cooler master Thunder 450 W PSU bottleneck my PC
Here are my specs

Intel Core i5 3470 3.2GHz (Total power draw 77W)
8GB RAM (4GBx2)
LiteOn DVD-RW
Hitachi 500 GB (sata)
Gigabyte H77-DS3H mother board
Resolution 1366 x 768

with a GTX 750 or GTX 750 ti

This PSU has 21A on 12V1 & 18A on 12V2, are you guys sure this is not enough ?

These guys say it's good with GTX 750 or GTX 750 ti

PSU aren't bottlenecks

Its not just about the wattage on a PSU. It might be able to deliver enough power but low quality units like the thunder has poor voltage regulation, high amounts of ripple and they cut corners on the protection aswell making them a danger to them selves and other components. If you want to run it its your gamble. Some condone the use of a crap PSU , I'm not one of them. If you search the site you'll find more people saying to stay away from units like the Thunder rather than using them.

I'm one of them. For my part, I'd tell you if you plan to use that unit with a gaming card, start saving now for another PSU since you'll likely be replacing it within a year, if it lasts that long. Start saving for a new graphics card too, because when the PSU takes a dirt nap it's likely to take something else out with it. And that's all assuming it even allows the system to run trouble free. Often, low quality units like that create so many minor issues along the way that the system is unusable under any serious loads at all, and has to be removed anyhow. Those units are meant for office machines and internet browsers, not gaming rigs. Regardless of what they might have named it. Should have been more like CM whimper, than Thunder.

If i run games at my 1366 x 768 resolution & even if i play games at decent settings, for example Crysis 3 at medium to high settings & farcry 4 at medium settings. Will this PSU damage my system? Even if i buy a non OC gtx 750 or gtx 750 ti ??

If you used that PSU in a system that has integrated graphics, and NO aftermarket graphics card at ALL, it would still be a danger to the system. I would NOT use that PSU with MY system, or system I was working on, regardless what other hardware was being used. What you do, is up to you, but I would strongly encourage you to try and find a way to get another unit. One that is high quality. Not another well known brand name that's still crappy like that one.

I don't recommend Corsair budget power supplies very often, but if you can't get an Antec VP-450 I'd AT LEAST get myself a Corsair CX or CS series 500w unit. It's still crappy, but not as crappy as that Thunder.

What i have now is from Inwin (400 W psu), it has 18A on +12v1 and 16A on +12v2. I used it for gaming for 2 years without any problem with my intel HD graphics 2500.

Anyway thanks for advices, but one more question

I have a Inwin C638 case
Check here for images
http://www.in-win.com.tw/Corporate/en/goods.php?act=vie...

It's not a gaming case, it has only one cooling fan (the original one) 9cm in length i think. The case supports only single fan at back of it, can't add optional fans anywhere.

My question is, do i need a new pc case, can it handle the heat and cool my components, but i already used it for 2 years.

For rigs with aftermarket gaming cards we like to see a minimum of one intake fan and one exhaust. Optimally we like to see two of each, at least. I think you would be wise to upgrade your case or modify it, so that you can have at least one of each with that gaming card in use. But that's clearly up to you. Good luck.

Thanks, So will it be ok if i just only add a good 12cm cooling fan ? i mean replacing my old 9cm one at the back (rear) of my case with the new one.
Should i fix my old one at the side panel ?

Sure looks to me like it would be possible to remove the lower drive cages and mount a 120mm intake fan at the bottom front. There's even a vent in the front panel that would allow airflow from the images I see. Of course, it WOULD require a fair amount of modification to do so. Might just be easier to use the existing locations unless you plan to add a front fan in addition to those. Either way, I'd probably highly recommend using that side location as well.
