New computer build, need help choosing and finalising parts

You didn`t mention the PSU. If you don`t have one, go with something in Tier 1 or 2 from this list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Regarding the rest of your parts, they look decent. I wouls change the CPU cooler to either a Cooler Master 212 Evo if you want a cheap decent cooler (in order to redirect some of the budget for other parts), or the Noctua NH-D14 for great cooling while overclocking.
And regarding the GPU, it wouldl be great if you could go for a GTX 970 (the Gigabyte G1 Gaming is one of the most powerfull model).

Edit: if the CPU cooler is the SB-E model, stick with it as it`s better than the Noctua. If it`s the older model, upgrade it to the SB-E.

I have a case, the NZXT Phantom. And I have 2 HDD, one has windows 7 (I prefer Windows 7 than 8)
