PS4's gpu is somewhere between the 7850 and 7870. R9 270 and R9 270x are rebranded 7850 and 7870 respectively but with higher clocks.

A 280 would be a good bet, as ps4 has less overhead than a pc.

Whats the rest of your specs though?

8 Gigs DDR3 and I'm swapping out my CPU(currently an Ahtlon X3 440) for a Phenom X6 of some description as it's the best I can manage and should be roughly equiv to the PS4 processor.
