so ive read quite a bit on water cooling. but as im selecting my parts nervousness is setting in what if i choose the wrong part. or waste money buying to many parts and not needing them, does this radiator support a overclocked cpu with 2 gpus. will this pump handle my loop. pretty much ive second guessed myself into fear. so i would greatly appreciate some help before i finalize my purchase.

im doing my computer and my fiances computer before summer hits.
our builds are as follows.

hers:
nzxt phantom full tower
i7 4770k oc to 4.5
evga gtx 970sc

mine:
corsair 750d full tower
i7 4770k oc to 4.5
evga gtx 770sc 2gb sli

we are looking to watercool our gpu's and cpu's
the parts i've thrown together are:

xspc raystorm cpu blocks
xspc ex240 low profile split fin. ( will this tolerate our loops )
xspc d5 photon 270 resavoir / d5 vario pump combo ( is this a good or best option what would you suggest )
Ek 970 gpu block
Ek 770 gpu block
primo flex 1/2 tubing.
xspc compression fittings, xspc 90 degree and 45 rotary fittings. ( how many would you suggest even if to be on the safe side, )

money is slightly on the mind, i would like to keep it under a 1000 dollars total for both computers combined. so do you guys have any suggestions on better performing or cheaper but equally good parts? what would you do differently. please and thank you for any and all help.
