Title says it all. Also it would be great if the motherboard supports sli as i plan to have two gtx 970's in the future. Please don't tell me to go Intel, i would love to but i just don't have the money do replace both my cpu and mobo.

Thanks for all advice and recommendations !

well with the asrock my buddies son has the extreme 9 and he claims he good with it but now asrock has the extreme 6 that's near the same as the Fatal1ty , but the Fatal1ty don't support the 220w chips that I remember and the extreme 6 does so there not as the same as reviewers claim .. so the 6 may have better binned parts to get the 220w support ???

i have been checking reviews everywhere else and apparently 990fx is the way to go. I have a choice between the Sabertooth 990FX r2.0 and Asrock Fatal1ty killer 990FX, which is better for my chip?

the asrock extreme 6... did you read up on what I said about that ?? it has better cpu support then the Fatal1ty cause it handles the 220w chips [Supports FX 9590 & 9370 CPUs ] the Fatal1ty does not [last I checked] so it must have a higher quality part to handle the 220w required on that board

I would have to dislike you to recommend asus .. we went through a total of 5 sabbertooths and all went into the trash - junk- we ended up going with other brands boards and all was well after that .. go figure ,but all you can do is what you feel is best for you
