bad BIOS problems

i tried to install Ubuntu on my toshiba 64-bit satellite p775-s7100 and when i changed my boot setting to boot from the usb first it booted windows an now cant acces my BIOS it just takes me to a screen that says select your operating system with only windows 7 on there help?

That is grub that it is booting too. You can get to the bios before it boots to grub you just have to be quick about it. I dont see how it skipped the post so you should hold down del or f2 depending on what key it should be to access the bios.
