Hey, I bought a laptop 4 years ago, it's a dell inspiron 17R 7720,
-CPU i5-3210M
-8G ram
-GPU NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M

Okay so my problem is.. i've got a problem with my laptop a couple of months ago and then I decided to boot up with my windows 7 cd on my computer but then I couldn't figure out where it was so I decided to go on piratebay and crack the ultimate version of windows 7 and I didn't notice it was 32bit... the windows 7 I had before was 64bit.. (I found my cd now btw)

The thing I don't get is whenever I want to boot up my windows 7 cd it says ''The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.

I've been looking on hardwares forums here and there and no luck for me, most of the people says that I need to be sure that I have high specs enough to run 64bit.. which I know I have already.

Hope you guys can help me as soon as possible, thank you very much in advance and have a great day !!

Right.
You cannot install/upgrade to a 64bit install from within a running 32bit install.

It is a full reinstall. You have to boot from the 64bit install media, and do a complete install.
Note...this will wipe out everything on that drive.
