Well I think you're going to have to get into voiding warranties if you want to do that.

Tbh the psu fan should only be visible in one scenario as it should be facing the floor for a bottom mounted psu or facing the ceiling for a top mounted psu; this ensures the air flow is its own and is not being recycled from or to the case.

If you have to make the psu orange you might be able to find some thinner LED strips and use those to wire around the metal grill that covers the fan and have all of that glow.
