For case fans always go for larger. There is a formula for calculating air flow in relation to blade length and the longer the better. A 140mm fan will be more effective than a 92mm fan, or 120mm.
As for the fans you asked about, the Noctua's are good with 115cfm but I don't know if you want the Corsair Static Pressure or High Airflow. You want High Airflow at your exhaust and roof with static pressure at all the intakes, imo.
