My computer specs are:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5 4460 Processor
Motherboard: MSI B85M-E45 Motherboard
Graphics: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 SSC ACX 2.0+ 2GB
Memory: Kingston Hyper X Fury HX318C10FWK2/8 8GB (2x4GB) White

ultra at around 30-50 frames in singleplayer possibly. but in multiplayer dude, to be honest it is unplayable. Even with my specs i get a bad 30 frames on medium settings on good servers... BUT you could play wasteland servers, as they don't add a shit ton of mods in them.
