"No connections are available" Please help

I just did a clean install of windows 7 and with a ethernet cable plugged into my router It says "No connections are available" ths was working perfectly before the clean install. If anyone can provide fixes please help :)

On a computer that does have Internet access, browse to your motherboard's web site and download the drivers to a USB drive. Transfer the USB drive to your clean installed system and install the drivers.
