Is there any real time ram performance difference in CPU bound Games?

I m talking about CPU intensive Games that uses more CPU than GPU.
Do I have to get a 2400mhz ram for the i7 4790k?
(I m not overclocking them )
I m talking about real time gaming performance.

You'd get 1 or 2 extra FPS tops. To use a 2400 MHz RAM kit at default, you'll have to set the MP profile, otherwise it'll run at SPD speed (1600).
