Splinter Cell: Conviction GPF (General Protection Fault)

Hi, guys
I bought SC: C a week ago, and when i installed it just a red logo of Ubisoft appears and game crashes to desktop giving the general protection fault, i searched almost everywhere on the web but it was no use... i tried disabling and then again enabling the realtec stereo mix but nothing happened...
is there anyone who had this issue and fixed it ? I need help

i got it!!! i solved the issue but there is another issue that is preventing me from playing the game, when i started the game some logos appeared and after that a error message appeared saying GAME.LOST.CONNECTION.RESUME and below the message there is a option "Exit to Desktop", all i can do is exit to desktop and nothing else
Please help me with this....... its holidays and the game issue is ruining my holidays

i am playing assassin's creed brotherhood, sniper ghost warrior 2, just cause 2, gta iv, nfs rivals at max settings and there is no issue in these games its just splinter cell conviction that's having the issue and i don't know why that's why i asked you guys
