can i run assassin's creed on windows 8.1 flawlessly

processor:AMD A6-6310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics 1.80ghz
RAM:4 GB
system type:64-bit operating system(windows 8.1)

Sorry, but the only assassin's creed you will be able to successfully run on that computer will be the first one. And in order to get a playable framerate you will have to set the details so low that it will make you jealous of what graphics minecraft has.
