I have an HP Envy 14 laptop that has this blue screen within a few minutes of being on, and I don't know how to get it to stop. A few months ago I tried something along the lines of deleting a windows update and installing an old one, but that didn't work. Now I am determined to get it working. Any suggestions? Would reinstalling windows 7 or upgrading to 8 fix this?
