One day I turned on my PC but no display so I had a look inside t see if the graphics card was loose or something.Everything was in place.cpu power, pci power,24pin connector was all in place. So i removed the graphics card and connected to the integrated graphics.I saw one person saying that his graphics card worked if you remove the cpu power and the graphics card, turned the computer on for 10 seconds and put everything back in it would start working again.I tried it and it worked but it stopped again after a while and the same method wouldnt work again.btw integrated graphics works fine so its not a ram problem.
my specs:
AMD Phenom II x2 560
ASUS M5A78LM-LX
4GB corsair value select.
Corsair CX500 500w power supply
1GB SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 7770.

Solution
1)Try Resetting BIOS By Any Of Methods[CMOS Jumper/CMOS Battery]
2)Connect Display With Integrated Graphics
3)Install Drivers Of GPU While Connected To Integrated Ones
