does dual boot windos 8.1 and windows 10 slow down you pc ? or affect performance ?

I have windows 8.1 installed with a lot of games apps settings etc on it
I want to dual boot windows 10 also
can that slow down my windows 8.1 ?
does dual boot change my 8.1 windows registry ?

also one more question please
can I use the same drive I used to installed my windows 8.1 games
with my windows 10
so I an also instal programs and games from my window 10 to the same drive ?

No it will not effect you with slowing down with your PC accept your windows version i.e.windows 8.1 or 10 which is loaded. Only with more games and files will boot slowly as it become old.
Also it will not change your registry because you have already partioned your hard disk thus building a block of boundary with 8.1 and 10.
Lastly yes you can install on both of yours windows 10 & 8.1 but have to install it separately.
