Title says it all,
Graphic card- Nvidia Geforce 730 1GB DDR5
I've been getting "peripheral components not plugged in" when I troubleshoot the issue .
I've checked all connections are proper and tried to check sound even after removing the said graphic card but it didn't fixed the issue.
Also the default sound driver is set to be "Realtek HD Audio manager' (ie ; not the graphic card driver) and I don't have audio settings in system bios to enable/disable onboard sound .

Been hours now,any help will be appreciated guys .

If you're trying to transfer the sound via a 3.5mm cable into the motherboard speaker-out port, go into Manage Audio Devices under Hardware and Sound/Control Panel and check whether the playback device has defaulted to HDMI due to the graphics card installation. If it has, select Realtek/speakers or whatever looks right.

If that doesn't work, provide your full system specs and describe exactly how you're trying to get the sound from the PC to the speakers.

Specs :-
Motherboard - Intel DG41WV
Ram - 2GB DDR3.
Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM)2Duo CPU E7500 @2.93Ghz

Here is the screenshot of current settings - http://prntscr.com/6ibvnd

I already checked the HDMI thing and disabled it as well just in case.Currently Im having trouble with routing audio from "rear panel" 3.5mm audio ports (with which my speakers are connected) .I can use headphones just fine as well from front ports but rear ones aren't working .

Rear panel doesn't work with either headphones or speakers ,however front panel works with both.but gives off a constant low EMI kinda sound ,making it unfit for connecting with speakers.New soundcard (there's already a one connected) do seems to be the viable solution but the fact it started only after I installed new graphic card with its drivers and all today is pointing to a software related thing.Stilll hopeful .

It would suggest a software thing, although there's always the possibility that something damaged during the card installation, especially if the motherboard has a construction fault that causes these issues.

If software, you ought to be able to fix it by reinstalling/updating drivers, or at least verify it's that by uninstalling the video card and using System Restore to set it to before the card was installed (Windows should've created a Restore point automatically).
