Does anyone know if it's possible to put more than the 4GB allowed into this PC?

Lenovo ThinkCentre M90 eUSFF (3244-A9G)
Chipset is: Intel Q57

It says that Maximum internal memory is:
4 GB

Memory clock speed
1333 MHz

Memory slots
2 x SODIMM

Will it definitely not work if I put there 8GB of RAM? :)

Solution
Then, I'd say you can't get 8GB in it, because the 3244 is the lowest model # of the Eco USFF type for the m90...and the Eco models have only 2 RAM slots (instead of the 4 on the Tower/Desktop models). With the apparent limitation of 2GB per slot, that puts you at 4GB max.

It came with 2GB actually :)
It is 64 bit.

Should I risk it and get 8GB?

if the store will let you return it on the off chance it doesn't work right, then i'd say yeah go for it. from what little i've seen, "supported" tends to mean "we [Lenovo] tested it up to X", but Win itself will typically happily support more than what they tested.

Yes, I know that this is often the case, that's why I opened this thread ;)

Anyway, just to verify another thing: the max ram supported depends on the chipset, right? so seems like Q57 supports up to 16GB!
Or there can be something else involved also?

the CPU has the memory controller, not the Q57 chipset.

I suspect "eUSFF" means it's the "Eco USFF" model...which is significantly smaller (far left in the picture at the bottom of the 2nd page) & only has 2 DIMM slots vs. the 4 of the other models. Which probably means it's limited to 4GB (2x2GB).

The question is whether yours has a single 2GB stick or two 1GB sticks. If it's the latter, you'll need 2 new sticks to get to 4GB; if the former, you only need 1.

I have now 1 stick of 2GB and 1 stick of 1GB.
But it's not important what I have now. I can replace everything and put 8GB with 2 x 4GB sticks, if I would know that it would work..

Well, as the product information sheet points out, as well as some other links (http://www.eweek.com/c/a/Desktops-and-Notebooks/Lenovo-ThinkCentre-M90-M90p-Desktops-Tap-Intel-Core-Chips-804884 , http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2368962,00.asp , http://www.silentpcreview.com/lenovo-m90p), it looks like there are a multitude of models:
-- 1st difference being the m90p vs. base m90; the "p" is meant to be performance, so I'd guess that the base m90 is the one with the Pentium or i3 option (see the product sheet link in my prior post)
-- 2nd difference being the form factor of the case: there's a "tower" version (44.2x17.5x41.4cm), a "desktop" version (35.5x31.7x9.9cm), & the "Eco USFF" model (23.8x27.5x7.9cm).
-- 3rd difference is in the boards: the Eco is specifically listed as having an "ultra small" form factor. The tower probably uses something close to a mATX board (2 PCI + 2 PCIe slots, x16 & x1), but the desktop is definitely smaller (1 PCI + 1 PCIe x16, both low-profile), & the USFF even more so (1 PCI low-profile -- yes, that's right, no PCIe slot, not even a x1).

To me, the biggest issue is the external "power brick". That & the carrying handle on the case is meant to make you think it's portable, I suppose...although you're still lugging the monitor around as well.
